Once there was an old country preacher who needed to boost church revenues. So one Sunday morning before they passed the offering plate he stood up and said, 'Before we receive this offering I just want to ask the person who stole brother Harvey's chickens not to give an offering. God doesn't want a thief's money." For the first time ever, everyone gave an offering!
We all have reasons we give. We don't all have good reasons!
