Find Your Value & See Others As You Should | Bible Study 1 Corinthians 12:13-31

If you live in the 21st century you have been told you are your body. Chemicals, spasms, electrical actions, guts, and goo—that’s all you are. In fact, if one were to boil down the raw components of a 150 lb. person you would find enough lime to make soap and suds to wash your truck, a salt shaker worth of salt, enough iron for a couple nails, and the rest is water. Your value is $2 retail.

But to the Lord, you have all value. God sent His only son to live a holy life then die on a cross, that if you would believe in Him, God can take away every sin that separates you from Him, and live in eternity together. But what of today? Too many of us are twiddling thumbs watching screens—watching other people live their lives—while we wait to die. If you and I are to live as we should we must find our value not just in eternity but in this life as well. And when we do, God makes a promise, we will see others the same way. When a Christian sees the value of every life, they can find their own. Continue with us verse by verse through Corinthians to live and love more fully.
