What A Mess! VBS

Jesus loves messy people — and that's great news, because we all have our own messes! What a Mess! VBS is all about how Jesus deals with our messes — our sins, mistakes, and weaknesses — and the amazing love and grace He shows us along the way.
Throughout the week, kids will explore big questions like:
- Why is the world such a messy place?
- How does Jesus respond to our messiest moments?
- How should we respond to our messes?
- What does Jesus do about our messes?
- What about other people's messes?
All the while, we're going to have lots of messy fun — with messy snacks, games, crafts, and more!

Middle and high school students—you’re invited to an incredible day at the CC Fredericksburg One Day Youth Conference! Join us as we travel together for a powerful experience filled with dynamic Bible teaching, passionate worship, high-energy games and fun connection with other students. This is more than just an event—it’s a chance to grow in your faith, build friendships, and be encouraged in your walk with Jesus.

Ready to kick off the new school year with your church family? Back-to-School Sunday is our chance to start the year focused on the gospel—and to roll out the red carpet for our community. Bring your friends, bring your kids, bring an appetite—and let's celebrate what God is doing at GraceBuilt. Here's what to expect:
- Huge Water Slide & Bounce House — For the Kids! After the Bible lesson, kids will hit the bounce houses to build friendships. These will also be open for kids and their families after both services.
- Teen Games — In the Indoor Play Area. During Sunday Youth Group (second service), middle and high schoolers get a special lineup of games and activities to make new friends.
- Potluck — Right after second service. Stay, eat, and hang out with your church family.
- Special Worship Music. Come discover modern, heartfelt worship with the GraceBuilt Worship Arts ministry. You'll love it.
- Verse-by-Verse Teaching. Easy to follow for all ages. We want to help you learn the Bible—and live it out.
Who
Everyone! Bring your friends and family. Awesome kids ministry runs the entire service, at both services, for all ages.
What to Bring
A favorite dish to share. And a towel if your kids plan on hitting the giant water slide.
When
Sunday, August 30th. Worship services at 8:45 and 10:30 am, with the potluck directly following second service.
